  1. You need 2 cup of wheat flour.
  2. It’s 1 cup of juwar flour.
  3. You need 1 cup of drum stick leaves.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of haldi powder.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  6. It’s 1 tsp of ajwain.
  7. You need 1 tsp of white sesame.
  8. You need to taste of Salt.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of oil.
  10. You need of water for making dough.

Drumstick Parathas instructions

  1. Wash and chop the drumstick leaves.
  2. Take a bowl and add both the flour all dry masala, white sesame and ajwain.
  3. Add the drumstick leaves and salt. Using oil and water prepare the dough.
  4. Take a small portion from the dough.
  5. Start rolling it into a nice round shape.
  6. Place on to a pan.
  7. Apply oil on top.
  8. Flip and apply oil on other side and cook until golden brown.
  9. Your drumstick paratha is ready, enjoy with raita or pickle.
