- Prepare of boiled jackfruit.
- It’s of piece grated ginger.
- You need of chopped onions.
- It’s of small bowl chopped cashews.
- It’s of breadcrumbs.
- Prepare of cinnamon powder.
- It’s of chat masala.
- It’s of Salt.
- Prepare of red chilli powder.
- You need of black pepper.
- You need of garlic powder.

Stuffed Jackfruit Kebab step by step
- Boil jackfruit by adding little bit salt..
- Drain the excess water and deseed it..
- Put the boiled jackfruit in the mixing jar by adding cinnamon powder, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, garlic powder and 1/2 tspn chat masala..
- Grind it..
- Now put it in the mixing bowl..
- Add bread crumbs if needed in binding..
- Now take a kadai and add little bit oil to it..
- When heated add chopped onions..
- Saute it till it gets brown..
- When gets brown then add cashews and chat masala..
- Mix it very well and switch off the gas..
- Now take a scoop of jackfruit mixture and make ball of it..
- Then flatten it with the palm and stuff half spoon of onion mixture into it..
- Now slightly fold it and make kebab of it..
- Likewise make all the kebabs by stuffing the onion cashew mixture..
- Now shallow fry the kebabs instead of deep frying..
- When gets brown and crisp, remove from the oil..
- Now it's ready to serve with onion rings coated in green curd dip or chutney..
