  2. Prepare 3 of chopped (medium size) Onion.
  3. It’s 10-15 of Green chilli slice.
  4. You need 1 kg of Tauri.
  5. You need of Salt as your taste.

TAURI ki Sabzi (Ridge Gourd) step by step

  1. Wash Turai's. Chop off the top and bottom tip of Turaii's.Peel the Turai's and cut them into small circles..
  2. On medium high heat in a cooker add oil, Onion, and green chilli and fry them until onion become saute..
  3. Add chopped Turai, & salt and with the cooking spoon mix everything together, close the lid of the cooker and turn the heat to low..
  4. Few minute later. Once Turai release water turn the heat to medium..
  5. In about 5 to 7 minutes as the cooker starts steaming turn the heat.
  6. Down to medium and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Turai Is ready to serve with rice or naan.
