- Prepare 3 of chopped (medium size) Onion.
- It’s 10-15 of Green chilli slice.

- Wash Turai's. Chop off the top and bottom tip of Turaii's.Peel the Turai's and cut them into small circles..
- On medium high heat in a cooker add oil, Onion, and green chilli and fry them until onion become saute..
- Add chopped Turai, & salt and with the cooking spoon mix everything together, close the lid of the cooker and turn the heat to low..
- Few minute later. Once Turai release water turn the heat to medium..
- In about 5 to 7 minutes as the cooker starts steaming turn the heat.
- Down to medium and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Turai Is ready to serve with rice or naan.
