- First of all, Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic paste and green chilli…Saute for a minute and add tori…..Again saute for 1 minute…..
- Now add spices: Salt, Red chilli and turmeric powder…..Mix all well and cook for 2 minutes more…..
- In last, Add tomato puree,Add little water…. Mix all the ingredients well and Cook for 20minutes until tori become soft and fully cooked…….
- Serve hot with chappati and rice….
